Pallets inspection – QC-PAL

For wood pallets, we propose a frame inspection able to realize a “full 3D” inspection:

• Top, bottom and inside pallet view,
• Verification of pallet sizes,
• Detection of broken, cracked, missing boards,
• Detection of blockers and blocks (position and conformity),
• Detection of protruding objects (as nails),
• Presence of foreign bodies (as plastic inside the pallet).
