Detection of glass particles in syringes or vials before filling
| The aim of this application is to detect glass particles within syringes or vials, prior to filling. The optical control is directly integrated in the filling machine of the customer inside the clean room area protected by curtain of air. The integration is compatible with washing products (hydrogen peroxide, formol...). According to the type of the filling machine (continuous motion-linear machine or turning table), we propose different optical controls: |

1) Lateral vision

2) Vision from the top or from the bottom

3) Vision by fiberscope

The optical solution is compatible with different kinds of glasses: 3 ml, 9 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml,...
The glass can be white or amber.
The speed can reach a capacity of 750 pieces by minute.
This application is able to respect the norms of the CFR21 PART.11 for a FDA validation.
