The function of the vision system consists of control of the conformity of the crimping of the 4 mounting feet on the "safety device" syringes.

Incorrect crimping is detected by the lack of visible feet or by folded feed under the neck of the syringe.

The syringes move on a turning plate in vertical position, the control is made during the movements of the parts.

The system can process different types of syringes.

The system is managed by an ILB-25 combined with several peripherical cameras.

Incorrect orientation of the syringes under the camera has no influence on their control.

The speed is 300 syringes/min.
