Control of defects on PETRI dishes

Our company is specialised in realisation of special machines in quality control meanly working by using our neural technology.

We have developed for the pharmaceutical industry a turn key machine foreseen for the control by vision of the conformity of the jelly in Petri boxes.

Concept:

• monobloc structure 12 removable stackers of 25 boxes each,
• classification of good and second choices on separated stackers after vision control,
• ejection as waste of boxes with jelly defects,
• the vision control is realised on open boxes after provisory removing of the cover and under germicidal lamp.

The aim of the control is to verify:

• the absence of intruders in the jelly,
• the absence of air bubbles in and around the jelly,
• the control of flatness, correct filling level and absence of ripples on the jelly.

The technical solution by vision is based on our neural system: the ILB-25N.

Our ILB-25N works by learning, not need to write a software.
