Control of syringes

The function of the vision system consists of the control of the integrity of syringes in  blister-packs.  The syringes are contained in blister-packs of 2, 5 or 7 syringes.

The controls are:

• no break of the cylinder glass,
• the presence of the label,
• the presence of the piston rod,
• the angular deviation of the needle protection cap (acceptable angle under 7°).
