Control of vaccine vials

ROVI-TECH has developed for the pharmaceutical industry a vision system to control vaccine vials.  The single dose vaccine vials are fitted with a "flip-off seal" they contain either a sterile lyophilised cake or sterile water.

The different vision control are:

• position of flip-off,
• colour of flip-off,
• absence of marks on the flip-off,
• the absence of marks on the aluminium shell,
• correct sealing of the aluminium shell,
• absence of droplets in the vial's neck.
