Conformity control on chocolate biscuits

biscuit 200x150ROVI-TECH has developed an application based on the neural vision system, the ILB-25, to control the conformity of chocolate biscuits on production lines.
The conformity inspection of the biscuit consists of:

  • the detection of breaks, cracks or lack of chocolate,
  • the appearance of the biscuit is acceptable,
  • the control of thickness (3 layers).

The system can be taught to process different types of products.

A supervisor PC manages the data basis of the different parameters for each product, synchronises the taking of images and the ejection of the non-conforming products.
