PIC 2000 evaluation system of conformity of pigs

The ROVI-TECH PIC 2000 has been approved by the Belgian Ministry of Agriculture. It measures with the CGM gun (gun to measure the thickness of the fat and the meat), a camera and a balance all the necessary parameters for the S-Europ classification (Official European Classification).
The PIC 2000 is an automatic measurements system wich is both convenient and reliable. The data from the camera, the CGM gun and weighing balance are processed by a PC. This data is used to determine the classification of the carcasses to both National and CE norms.

On the PC screen, the following information is displayed:
- date/hour,
- operator number,
- sequential number,
- supplier number,
- batch number,
- sex,
- remarks (damages),
- automatic classification,
- manual classification,
- weight,
- camera measurements,
- CGM gun measurements.
