Identification of pig carcasses

carcasse 300x225 In order to extend its activities in the meat sector, ROVI-TECH has developed for slaughter chains and at the entry point  of cut lines, a system to read markings on carcasses to facilitate their identification.

The marking is made by inkjet at the highest level of the thigh.  The multiplication of the markings increase the reliability of the system.

Our neural classification within our ILB-25N vision unit means the set-up time is minimal.
