Identification of pig carcasses

In order to extend its activities in the meat sector, ROVI-TECH has developed for slaughter chains and at the entry point of cut lines, a system to read markings on carcasses to facilitate their identification. |

The marking is made by inkjet at the highest level of the thigh. The multiplication of the markings increase the reliability of the system.
Our neural classification within our ILB-25N vision unit means the set-up time is minimal.
