Control of sealing on food packaging

The Agro-food sector provides products of high quality requiring high quality packaging to maintain freshness.  ROVI-TECH has developed a technical solution to insure the consistent quality of the welding/sealing of transparent or non transparent foil for this packaging.

The solution is based on the ROVI-TECH vision technology of its ILB-25N associated with 2 or 4 camera's.

The user simply teaches the vision system how to recognize non-conforming seals, good seals and acceptable seals.

The ROVI-TECH solution consists of a turn key system including:

• a stainless steel or aluminium structure with motorised conveyors,
•  2 or 4 digital cameras appropriate to the requirements,
• a pneumatic ejection device for ejection of the packages without damaging them.
