Labellers

etiquetteuse The application consists in the verification of the batch code and the DATAMATRIX printed on the labels.

3 controls have to be executed on the labeller:

  • unvisible DATAMATRIX code on the first side label of the product (visible by UV light),
  • DATAMATRIX code on the back label of the product (black marking on white background),
  • batch code and expiry date on the back label of the product.

These three controls are realised by one unique ILB-25N unit after the putting of the labels on the flask in movement.  The speed is around 150/min.
