Conformity control of glue

The application consists of a vision system which controls the conformity of glue injected into the groove of a headlight unit.

The block optic/lighting is placed on an 6 axis robot programed to follow the outline of the headlight's unit join.

The system detects the lack or excess of glue on the outline of the groove and the correct mixing colours of the glue.
