ROVI-TECH has conceived a system for the detection by vision of cracks on foundry and moulded motor parts as motor cases.

This technical solution of control by vision uses ILB-25N vision system on a neural base associated with adapted lighting and one or several digital "FIRE WIRE" cameras.  Our neural classification within our ILB-25N vision unit means the set up time is minimal.

Detection of cracks on the heads of bolts, whether spherical or otherwise

Regardless of the surface finish the vision system is still able to detect cracks.
