Inspection of headlight units

The aim is to control the conformity of headlight units. The vision sytem must verify if all main components are present and correctly assembled. The headlight unit is placed on a motorised structure with a linear axis and a rotating table.

The 3 camera's are placed on a motorised X-Y structure.  The whole of the machine is managed by the vision system, which allows to load automatically the work parameters for a given fabrication and to display continuously the control results and the register of the statistic files.
